By using PitPass you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
The service
PitPass is an online noticeboard and matching tool. It helps candidates show their tickets and availability, and helps agencies find and contact suitable workers. PitPass is not an employer, a labour-hire company or a recruitment agency, and is not a party to any employment, placement or contract between candidates and agencies. We do not employ, engage, supervise or pay any worker, and we make no hiring decisions.
Candidates
You must provide accurate information and only upload tickets and documents that are genuinely yours. Keep your expiry dates and availability up to date. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your profile and documents.
Agencies
You must be a legitimate Australian business with a valid ABN. Use candidate contact details only for genuine recruitment purposes and in line with the Privacy Act 1988 and Spam Act 2003. You are solely responsible for your recruitment decisions and for complying with workplace, safety and licensing laws.
No verification or guarantee
Profiles, tickets, licences, availability and other content are provided by users. PitPass does not independently verify, and does not guarantee, the accuracy, authenticity, currency or completeness of any user information or document. Ticket status indicators are automated estimates based on dates users enter — they are not a compliance check. Agencies must always sight and verify original tickets, licences, tickets and work rights before any placement.
AI-assisted matching
Any AI-powered suggestions (including candidate rankings) are informational only, may be incomplete or wrong, and must not be relied on as the sole basis for any hiring decision. The agency remains fully responsible for assessing suitability.
Pilot and pricing
Access is free during the pilot. We'll give notice before any paid subscription starts.
Acceptable use
No false information, scraping, harassment, or misuse of other users' data. We may suspend or remove accounts or content that break these terms, without notice.
Availability and errors
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". It may contain errors, and may be interrupted, suspended or discontinued at any time, including for maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that any data will never be lost.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, PitPass and its operator exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from: use of or inability to use the platform; reliance on any profile, ticket, status indicator or AI suggestion; any hiring, placement or employment decision; the conduct of any user; or any error, interruption or data loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited, at our choice, to re-supplying the service or paying the cost of re-supply. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Indemnity
You indemnify PitPass and its operator against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the platform, or any inaccurate or unlawful content you provide.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland have exclusive jurisdiction.
