What we collect

• Candidates: name, mobile, email, region, availability, FIFO preferences, experience, and ticket details (type, number, issue and expiry dates) and any ticket documents you upload.
• Agencies: contact name, company name, ABN, phone, email, website and the roles you recruit for.
• Technical data: sign-in details and basic usage logs needed to run the service securely.

Why we collect it

To create your profile, show ticket status, match candidates with agencies (including AI-assisted ranking of candidates against a role description), let agencies contact shortlisted candidates, respond to pilot enquiries, and keep the platform secure.

AI processing

When an agency uses AI matching, profile information (tickets, region, availability, experience — not your contact details) may be processed by our AI provider to rank candidates. We do not use your information to train AI models.

How it's stored

Data is stored with a reputable cloud provider using encryption in transit and access controls. Some providers may store data outside Australia; where that happens we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected consistently with the APPs.

Sharing with agencies

Agencies can see a candidate's name, tickets, availability and region. A candidate's phone and email are only shared with an agency after that agency shortlists them. We never sell personal information.

Retention

We keep your information while your account is active and for up to 12 months afterwards, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Access, correction and deletion

You can view and update most information in your profile. To request a copy, correction or deletion of your data, email us — we'll respond within 30 days.

Complaints

Contact us first. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
